With all the speculation surrounding Charlie Adam's proposed move to Liverpool before the end of the month it is important to remember that a game is going to be played. This game was due to be played early in December and has been a game in hand for both these sides for almost 2 months.

With Eikrem gone, It's Matty's turn!
Sid
I think my admiration for Eikrem is no secret and his departure
has come as a shock to me, I was so sure that he would make it into our first
team this season, evident from my blog earlier this season. I think many close
followers of the reserves had tagged him as the next big player to come through
our academy! But it didn’t happen, so now I guess it’s time to start drooling
over some other youngster, and I think my pick is going to be Matthew James!

Manchester United host Birmingham this Saturday afternoon in a game that will test the Premier League leaders. After a very defensive display at Spurs on Sunday, United will be glad to be back at home and able to play their own game - hopefully getting the 3 points they need to maintain top spot. With Manchester City away to Aston Villa later on Saturday it is a chance for United to put their rivals under some pressure.

The following post was contributed by Kratik and was taken from his blog. Its a must know for all Manchester United fans, especially who might still be clueless why use of the term Man U as a name for the club is a Sin!!
It often has got my blood boiling; at times so much that its effect has affected me majorly and left me with a feeling of rage.
It’s a sickening sight in its own when a bunch of wannabes and glory hunters having the slightest idea of the history of the greatest football club to have ever taken birth, say, “I’m a Man U fan, which club do you support?”
Why we don't use the word "Man U"

After the Tottenham game, many people were praising Vidic for his great performance, and he really deserved it. He had kept Crouch quiet the entire game, made several crucial interceptions and dominated in the air. But Vida couldn’t have done this all by himself, and he had bunch of world class defenders alongside him, ensuring that we kept a clean sheet.

The 5th of April 2009
saw a young Italian make an instant impact on his debut at probably the biggest
stage in the world, Old Trafford. The impact he made was widely considered to
be the catalyst that reinvigorated Manchester United’s season as we went on to
secure the Premier League title. He had scored a brilliant winner in injury
time against Aston Villa, a memorable win, that went on to make him a household
name.
